Dr Verena Psyk
Dr Verena Psyk is head of the Profile-Based Processes and High-Speed Technologies department at the Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology IWU. In her research work, she focuses in particular on the utilisation of speed and temperature effects in sheet metal and profile forming. She is particularly concerned with tool and technology development in the field of high-speed forming and joining and cutting by high-speed forming.
