Frank Huberth heads the Crash Safety and Damage Mechanics group. His research focuses on the experimental analysis of the behaviour of materials under high-speed loading. He is responsible for the experimental investigation of the mechanical behaviour of the material in adiabatic shear band using micro tensile specimens.
