Olaf Schrage

Olaf Schrage is a research assistant at the Institute of Forming Technology and Lightweight Construction at TU Dortmund University. In his current research activities, he is working on the process-related implementation and further development of high-speed shear cutting (HGSS) on the IUL's AdiaClip 1kj high-speed system. His activities include tool design, shear cutting and material characterisation tests, as well as numerical and analytical modelling of the HGSS process.
