Prof. Dr.-Ing. A. Erman Tekkaya
Prof. Dr.-Ing. A. Erman Tekkaya is Head of the Institute of Forming Technology and Lightweight Construction (IUL) at TU Dortmund University. His research focuses on the fundamentals and technologies of new forming processes as well as material characterisation for modelling plastic deformation in forming processes.
Mr Tekkaya brings to the research group his expertise in the field of process property control through stress superposition in various processes and the design of (high-speed) cutting processes. His expertise in analysing and influencing damage in sheet metal forming is also important for the research project.
